Thank you for joining CFXN NetWorx, the world’s first private crypto-fiat exchange and neobank. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and CFXN Financial Group, LLC (registered in Wyoming, USA).
In simple terms: We protect your privacy, secure your funds, and give you freedom to move money globally — with no hidden tricks.
1. Who Can Use CFXN
You must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Have full legal capacity
- Not be restricted by U.S. sanctions or OFAC lists
- Reside in a supported jurisdiction (see Eligible Countries)
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for compliance or security reasons.
2. Your CFXN Account
Registration & Early Access
- You join via our Early Access Waitlist at cfxn.io
- Your CFXN Invite Code is unique and non-transferable
- You’ll complete KYC/AML verification before full account activation
Security & Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for your login credentials and private PIN
- Enable 2FA (required at launch)
- Never share your Invite Code or PIN
- Report lost access immediately to support@cfxn.io
We use bank-grade encryption (AES-256) and store data in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and Wyoming Digital Asset Regulations.

You may receive CFXNT as:

CFXNT has no guaranteed value and is not a security
All fiat deposits are held in segregated, insured accounts
You control your private keys – we never hold your crypto.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not use CFXN for:
- Money laundering or terrorist financing
- Fraud, scams, or phishing
- Trading restricted assets
- Accessing the platform via VPN to bypass geo-restrictions
Violation = immediate account suspension
6. Privacy & Data
We collect:
- Name, email, phone, ID (for KYC)
- Transaction history
- Device & IP data (for fraud detection)

7. Limitation of Liability
CFXN is not liable for:
- Network outages or blockchain delays
- Loss due to user error (e.g., wrong address)
- Changes in token value
- Force majeure (war, hacks, regulations)
Use at your own risk. Crypto involves high risk.
8. Termination
We may terminate your access if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Fail KYC
- Engage in suspicious activity
You may close your account anytime via support@cfxn.io
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA.
Disputes will be resolved in Wyoming courts.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. You’ll be notified by email 30 days before major changes.
Continued use = acceptance of new Terms
